Katie and the guest team were fantastic, super friendly and accommodating will definitely recommend based a lot on our experience with the staff! Everyone riding around doing their work was so friendly and nice, place was relaxing off-season and clean and easy to get around. Great family spot will be back!

We have been camping here for 7 years, but it is going downhill. If access to the Internet is important to you, after all it is 2024, Avoid this place at all costs. This year we couldn't get WiFi at our campsite, and we had never had a problem in the past. In addition, when we complained about it they informed us that Internet access was not guaranteed and we should go to the square to get Internet. While at the square it was good only when nobody was there, then it cut out as people arrived. To add insult to injury they now use an app and all activities are on it, but you can't get to it! It is clear that Internet demand has gone up and Point Sebago has spent no money upgrading in this area. We also notices they were short staffed as well. When you pay top prices to go there you should be able to get Internet. We won't be back!

Great place with lots to do. The swimming was great and so were the events. The golf carts were only set to 6 mph though
Rooms: Very small house

We have been coming to Sebago for the past 25 years and not much has changed . We started with a tent, then a Pop-up and then a cabin on the lagoon. The cabins have been the same with no improvement. The camp store is pretty much stocked although pricey. Common items were not available, ie; cork screw even though wine is being sold, no coffee filters or even a fire starter and the fire wood is usually wet. The entertainment was satisfactory, but not as good as the entertainment put on by the staff. I miss the kids camp and child care. Overall my family enjoyed our stay, but the cost of staying there is becoming prohibitive for a lot of families

This place sucks. I’ve been coming here since 2009 and the only things that changes is the price. Nothing about this place has improved over the last 15 years and has just became a greedy corporate run resort. The fact you can only get food from the snack shack Thursday- Sunday is a joke and the food you can get has been limited to fries and popcorn chicken. You have to order food online if you want anything else and the WiFi is non existent so that’s another problem. Overall sebago is not what it used to be and is just one big weeklong disappointment.

I have been going up with my family since 2006 and my grandparents since 1984. We have loved it every summer we have been there. The games are still great, the food at the restaurant is good and the cabins are a little cozy but we love it. We always get three cabins right next to each other on the lake and we have a blast the whole week. I want to shout out Kristin, one of the counselors, who made our experience with all the games so fun! She made our week!

Disappointed with resort. One positive point, it is located on Lake Sebago. Many roads and sites were dusty (not paved or well maintained). Costly resort as compared to others stops during our travels in the area and during season (and other Cove Resorts). Informed of many rules at check in. During walk around, many rules not enforced. RV sites were no frills. Not Big Rig friendly. On site restaurant and bar in need of refresh.
Nearby activities: On-site beach access and boat rental o Lake Sebago. Lots of kid activities are available.
Boat docks and trailer parking are available if you bring your own watercraft.
Safety: Personnel controlled access via gate at main entrance. Key code access via side entrance.
Walkability: Many activities are available via a walk on resort roads (no side walks).
Food and drinks: On-site bars and restaurant.

Mini golf is free but no one cleans it up in the morning. You have to look where your stepping in it. All over the course the balls are going over it and then your picking up the balls for next spot. There is not reason why it shouldn't be cleaned up before it opens. The geese must know not to go there during the day when things are active.
Walkability: Plenty of dirt roadways

Best family campground we have found in New England. Lake is clean and great to swim in. Just book your trip already :)

A nice little 2-night stay in a 2-story mini house. The lake is splendid and calm in places.
