“Year round store in Naples - hooray!! This is our go to grocery store - yes Hanafords is cheaper and has a bigger selection but I want to support Naples local businesses and I love that they are here all year. They have a weird selection of store brands from other stores, small produce selection, pre-cut deli, and lots of baked goods, chips, vacation snacks and more. They have a good beer selection and the UFO next door has even more beer. They also have an entire aisle dedicated to Naples clothing where we got t-shirts for the kids and sweatshirts. The clothing is cheaper than buying it at one of the gift shops down on the causeway. The negatives are that the parking lot gets very crowded on Saturdays in the summer and it can be tough to park a big truck in there. The check out lines can also get long especially on the far side of the store where they sell the cigarettes. Avoid that line if you can!”

“Great summer place to pull up with your boat and get a great lunch and some drinks. Staff is super friendly and nice and the food was very good! They actually had some unique food that i was not expecting like the Salmon stack and ahi tuna nachos which were amazing! The burger was incredible as expected. They are dog friendly and even have a menu for your them! We pulled up two different days with our small inflatable and had a great time both days! Definitely recommend!”

“This place is really taken for granted but I always buy #5 Hazelnut whole bean. The quality of their coffee is really remarkable; I must special order #5 Hazelnut Whole bean but it's great. They always have for me by Thursday am they roast and pack on Wednesday. Excellent service and the food inside is really fresh.”

“I went to the store when I was younger for many years we had a summer home on the lake I have been eating the subs ther and they are the best and they also deliver groceries to my grandmother so many walking to the store with my cousins And the penny candy was great”

“The umbrella factory is a nice little grocery store. Even though it's small it has everything you could want. I rather do my shopping here when Im in the area over going to a Walmart. Every employee is very welcoming and friendly.”

“Friendly staff and outstanding customer service. I had an issue with a product and they they went above and beyond to make it right and ensure that the issue was resolved. I mentioned it to the cashier checking me out and she was extremely friendly and made sure that I was taken care of. This level of customer service is rare these days and it is refreshing to see a company that cares about their customers.An example of a good company is not what they do when everything goes right it's how they handle situations when things go wrong. “All the pharmacy staff are so friendly and helpful. Prescriptions have always been correct, and they really work hard if there was a miscommunication from a doctor's office.I've also gotten flu vaccines here as well as other vaccines. Never a problem.You know it's a great team behind the counter when you're on a first name basis.”

“I've always been a fan of Hannafords Supermarket!!I really like the stores design & layout,... It's very easy to get around and find everything on your list.They're pricing is comparable to the other chain stores.There staff is usually always pleasant & more than eager to help you.”

“General town store, cleanish but meat quality could be improved.(Edit)Since new owners' prices have become outrageous, it's now a convenience store instead of a grocery store it once was.(Edit 2) the store has improved the meat quality alot and is one of the only stores il buy meat its quality over price is amazing prices went down a little but they are just as high as everywhere now due to inflation one of the best stores you can buy from the owners are overly suspicious of staff though”

“A big, open, clean and well organized store with competitive prices. The meat department is exceptional with great cuts of meat on sale like NY strip steaks. The store is set way back off the road and can be missed especially with Walmart signage dominating the area”

“Been here a bunch of times.Met the store manager, she was very kind and helpful.She helped repair my glasses when they were broken.A lot of long-timers here.The staff here have worked their way up through the ranks.Which makes them happy to be where they are.All friendly helpful and happy to help.The store itself has gone through a major overhaul.They have solar panels on the roof, way to go for them.They have Walmart pay which is well a whole other beast.They have added a park and shop, which I haven't tried however I know a lot of people who like it,They have had good experiences using it.There is a five-county credit union inside for convenience.They have a Dunkin's inside which works with the Dunkin's app. The tire and service center is a toss-up it's rarely staffed correctly however if on the off chance you manage to find it staffed fully you might get good service and installation.They had gun cases however I amNot sure if they will be selling guns or not.They all but closed up Their seafood section.I've never had good luck with their meats if your feeling daring have at it...However, I find that to be a staple of most Walmart stores not only this one.Produce in this store is pretty good,Large selection while culled produce.also as previously stated the staff has been a while so a lot of them have regulars.The store itself is kept very clean and fresh,Which is a huge concern these days.Electronics is always busy, especially with it being blended into their cellular sales department.Hardware is not anything special, Very basic selection.Toys standard variety.The pet section has a number of standard pet foods and toys,Their fish section is still up however last time I was there.The tanks were not filled.They have a pharmacy along with a good section of basic over the counter meds.They have increased their cosmetics section so you should have no trouble finding what you want.Lawn and garden has not changed much,Very standard.All in all the store is standard in most things that Walmart does.The staff being familiar and friendly here is a huge plus, however.Along with their cleaning staff making sure everyone is safe and healthy.”
