Wouldn’t let me buy a vape pod because I’m visiting from New Jersey and have a New Jersey license.The cashier would not understand what the issue was.She expressed doubt that it was my real ID, even despite me being in my car with jersey plates that I just drove up here.I didn’t know there was a law that you can’t purchase tobacco products if you are visiting from another state.

Website states their hours of operation are until 10 pm ..l stopped in at 9.05 pm and the clerk starts shouting we are closed, l asked why and she said because it says so on the door, when I explained I came there because their web page said they were still open, she again stated the sign on the door is their hours. U explained then update the website, she stated that's not my job. Very rude with no customer service.

Today I pulled in to pump gas. Being from out of town I did not realize this specific gas station does not accept debt cards at the pump. I went inside to pay cash, however when I got up to the counter the cashier was crying hysterically. I asked her if everything was okay to which she immediately took an very unpleasant tone with me. I paid and walked outside to my car where I tried to pump gas, but the button was stuck. Before I could try it again she came out extremely impolite and abrupt raising her voice at me saying "YOU NEED TO PRESS IT LIGHTLY". I tried to respond to her and tell her it was a malfunction with the machine to which she ignored me completely and started to walk back inside, then suddenly returned to "show me" how to pump gas the right way. She was exceedingly disrespectful and I have no desire to return with that poor customer service.

I went there this morning. Sunday 4-18-21. I was at the check out and Eric, working in the food prep area, with no mask by the way, yells out something. He then proceeds to come up towards the counter and talking to a gentlemen standing there. Very loudly I might add. He starts throwing around the F-ck word and the cashier says, “Eric, hey I have a customer here”. Eric very loudly proceeds to yell “I don’t care!”. I turned around and quietly said, really? You have no respect? You don’t care about people’s business? No response. I asked the lady for a phone number and name of someone who might care. I will be calling Pat tomorrow. This is totally unacceptable. People should not have to be exposed to that kind of language and disrespect.

Edit: you don't get all the gas you paid for. It just so happened that the next pump over have the same dollar amount of gas and had a few hundreds less of a gallon than I.

Store is always dirty... Cashiers dobt speak, and rarely look ip from their phone. There are so many better places on caribou to go. Don't waste your time with this dump.
