“I was prepared to write a less than positive review, however, I went in to the South Portland location and spoke with the new manager, Jim, and after explaining my concern he was immediately professional and understanding and made everything right. He even offered to let me in the repair shop next time I come in so that I might learn a bit! For the record, I am an older female who basically has no interest in car maintenance so it was refreshing to be treated with concern and respect! Thank you, VIP!”
“Amazing experience! I called this location in a panic after a different auto shop told me I was in urgent need of new tires. Everywhere else was closed, and I contacted this shop only an hour before they closed, too. Anthony from Quick Lane told me to come by and that they would squeeze me in — he talked me through the whole process and was able to ensure I’d have new tires by the very next day. Because I had to leave my car overnight, Anthony provided me with an Uber ride back to my home (about 30 min away) and scheduled my car for delivery service once the tires were finished so that I didn’t have to find a way to come back into town to pick it up. I could not speak more highly of the customer service I experienced here, and I am so thankful for the team at this location for helping me out in a pinch!”

I think they're why I drove my Corolla 300K miles and will probably do the same with my Rav4. Always accommodating and professional. They have taken care of everything from normal maintenance to brakes, exhaust, tires and tuneups. Never had a problem.”
“I can't say enough good things about the people at Jiffy Lube on Riverside Street in Portland, ME. Best customer service I have ever had from a mechanic, every time I go. I've been to a lot of different car repair shops over the years, and especially as someone in a female body, I'm used to pretty crap service, upselling, being talked down to -- all of it -- but you won't find that here. They know their stuff, they treat you right, and they're as fast as their name promises. Never thought I'd feel loyal to a chain store, but I'll come here whenever I can! Thanks again!”
