From The Haven Institute
The Haven Institute, or "Haven" for short was founded in the fall of 2008 to provide experiential opportunities, utilizing proven tools and techniques, to support people in their personal missions to know more fully who they are and expand their personal horizons.
Our programs are supported by trained and certified instructors in a nurturing and peaceful environment (that's also playful!), where participants can explore themselves, their lives and their world free of pressure, hurry, judgement.
Over 1000 people have benefitted from Haven's programs, often experiencing significant personal growth as a result of their participation. Cultivating a Haven where these life-changing moments can be realized is Haven's Mission.
