I needed to shop virtually and Jonathon, the store owner, set up a video call on his phone and walked me through what he had available and helped me pick out a present for my wife. We processed the transaction over the phone and when I came to pick it up, he brought it outside and set it on the hood of my truck so that we could do everything contactless. What great customer service!
