Was rude about my FedEx drop off, refused to provide a proof of drop off. Went down the street to Walgreens and got proof of drop off. I do not recommend anybody to go here if you expect to get a 5 star experience.

A+ assistance in tracking down a 'lost' (misdelivered) FedEx package! Kudos for your help as the sender that us laypeople could never receive by trying to get through the FedEx maze of phone/ online 'assistance'.?

Price was fine, the package got shipped - but what could've been a very pleasant experience wasn't so much - counter person was rude - didn't speak to me until she asked for the address. Of course I will go elsewhere given a choice. Not a good business model.

While in Maine, my wife and I stumbled upon some treasures at a local antique shop in Camden and knew that what we wanted to purchase was way to big and heavy too take with us on the plane. Upon advice of some locals, we reached out to Global Packing and Shipping and felt comfortable that they could handle our shipments so we continued to stock up on goodies from Camden and then made our way to their store just prior to closing for the July 4th weekend. They packaged all of our purchases with amazing care. The boxes arrived in NC in perfect condition with the contents protected with thick foam lining the inside of each side of the boxes and bubble wrap carefully surrounding each item. While their prices were likely higher than just dropping off at the UPS Store, the extra attention to detail and care was well worth it to ensure our purchases were protected and could be enjoyed for years to come.

I went into Global shipping today and had the manager yell and swear at me and tell me I was wrong. I was dropping off a Fedex Smartpost package for Fedex to pick up. I ship via this service every day for my business and usually use Walgreens or a FedEx office and have even giving them to driver's on the side of the road. Never had a problem. I went into Global shipping today and had the manager yell and swear at me and tell me I was wrong. I was dropping off a Fedex Smartpost package for Fedex to pick up. I ship via this service every day for my business and usually use Walgreens or a FedEx office and have even giving them to driver's on the side of the road. Never had a problem. These packages can also be shipped through the Postal Service as well. The manager told me he could not accept the packages because FedEx would not take them and talked over me and told me I was wrong every time I tried to explain that they do take them and the reason why I know they will. He kept raising his voice and dropped the "F" bomb on me and my husband. When we asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager. When I asked to have the contact info for the owner he refused and wouldn't even provide me with a name. He stated that she only had a cell number and couldn't give that out which I completely understand but he never offered to take my name and number for her to contact me. I have most of this on video and wanted the owner to know how I was treated. I have used global shipping many times and never have had any issues. Always polite and friendly so this really took me off guard. I googled the owner and this facebook page came up so I am posting here so hopefully the owner will see and talk to the manager so this never happens to another customer. Knowing how and where my packages can be shipped is an important part of my job. I always make sure my packages will be accepted before I use that service. I know fedex accepts these packages like I stated earlier. Now my package will not ship until tomorrow and I pride myself on getting my packages out quickly for my customers. I also did not leave my UPS packages because I was afraid the manager would shove them in the back and not ship them for me and/or damage the items.

Received a package shipped through this company and there was way too much non-recyclable plastic bubble wrap used, a huge chunk of unnecessary styrofoam AND packing peanuts. Completely astounded at the total disregard for the Earth. If you care about the planet, do not support this company.

Wow! What FABULOUS work! If you have something you want shipped and are in the mid-coast area of Maine, set your GPS to GPS (global packing and shipping in Camden).I had 2 pieces of artwork I needed packed and shipped from ME to FL. Because if Covid, the local UPS location was not able to pack and suggested GPS. After measuring my pieces I was advised of an estimated pack and ship price and shipping date. Initially I thought the price high but that included custom packaging, shipping and insurance, so I agreed. A week later my package arrived in FL and we were amazed at the detail to packing. On the outside was a cardboard shell which surrounded a box made of 1" thick foam insulation board. Inside that box were styrofoam peanuts with our bubble wrapped pieces floating in the middle. Like kids at Christmas we continued unwrapping and found GPS had also wrapped the frames in paper and covered the glass with a sticky tape so IF the glass broke it would not shatter and cut the print. Thank you GPS for your attention to details!
