Put an appointment to have my tires changed after waiting for 40 minutes. They didn’t bother to tell me that they were running behind. I had to ask at which point I was informed they were like a doctors office. Sometimes you have to wait. I reminded them they were responsible for patient care and the clerk at the friend who just told me that they were late I could’ve come back. Errands in the interim. Service has really fallen down here.

Really well managed Walmart. The store is always clean and well organized. On the date I visted in June, 2024 the self-serve checkouts were all closed (which I appreciate some will like). Great, well kept Garden Centre in the back.

Managers and some workers are always eyeballing me like I’m stealing and it’s really freaking me out because I have social anxiety. How am I supposed to pick out a hair cream when there’s a manager staring at me the entire time and doesn’t smile in return when I do? That same manager then stopped putting stuff on the shelf to go talk to another manager at entrance of self checkout conveniently at the same time I go to check out when there’s already a self checkout person there. This is just one instance, it happens every time I go there. I used to work at Walmart, I know what they’re doing and it makes me extremely uncomfortable because I don’t steal. It’s not even that I don’t agree with stealing because I do think the wealth distribution is messed up, I just don’t have the balls to do it. I’m just going to find somewhere else to shop if this continues.
