Counter service is great but don't call to ask a simple question. The toll free line, if you find the right combination of numbers to press, recommends the Internet for your answer or be called back eventually or wait on the line for 1 hour. In other words, for people without in depth knowledge of Internet use or time to waste waiting, the link to speak to an agent is useless.
