Was a great experience. Very good atmosphere because of the friendly and knowledgeable sale's staff, especially Trent, Buzz and Jamie. We will be come back to pratt for sure for our 2nd or our daughters first car.

Front end alignment could not be done without new A frame brackets, mine were missing the guide. To my disappointment a dealership of Chevy couldn’t even get the parts I needed for my service, therefore was told that it couldn’t be done properly. I still got charged full price for a front end alignment.

Not satisfied at all. My Tahoe is under warranty and it clearly is having trouble with suspension and the service department said they will not look at it until I have the front end fix from hitting a deer a few months ago. Front end damage is mostly cosmetic.

Everything is perfect, thank you very much. Pratt has two exceptionally awesome employees: India and Wayne. India is very nice and polite. She is a very knowledgeable customer service rep. Wayne is nice, hard working and does the best detail job of anyone ever. That's saying a lot. Pratt is fortunate to have these two employees.

I was in Maine on vacation when my 2021 Chevrolet Suburban wouldn't start. Thankfully I was at a cabin on a lake with friends and another vehicle so we weren't to concerned. I used GM roadside assistance to get the car towed to Pratt Chevrolet. The tow truck driver dropped the car off and I went inside a spoke with Tiffany (Service Adviser). She was very helpful and got the ball rolling to try and get the car fixed and me on my way. I know on a Monday morning this could be ruff but she was able to get the car looked at in short order. She even gave us advice about were we could eat lunch while we waited. We went to lunch at Joe's Diner. We enjoyed the food. A short time after we came back we noticed my Suburban entering the shop under its own power. I was able to speak with Dana (Shop Forman) he explained the the Fuel Pump Control Module went bad and that it was probably covered under the emissions warranty. In fact it was covered. Dan (General Manager) was also involved because we didn't initially know if I may need a loaner/ rental car. I was back on the road in about 4 hrs. after arriving. That's awesome. I just wanted to thank everyone including the tech. that performed the repair for getting me back on the road and saving my Maine vacation. It's not often someone from New York gives praise. In this case it is well deserved. Bravo!!!
