Wonderful pharmacy staff, the friendliest and most dependable in the area.

Never get prescriptions on time or they double fill. The store lacks good products. The landscaping and care of the yard are atrocious. I think walgreens thinks Buxton Maine has a sub par demographics.

I don't think people truly understand the communication between pharmacys and your providers office. Is the pharmacy doesn't have your prescription, most of the time it's the bombarded pcp office that hasn't sent it yet, or sent the wrong onez in which it would need to be fixed and resent. Also, alot of people are showing up to the pharmacy without knowing if their script is ready?? Get the walgreens app where it tells u the status... I've literally never had an issue and I get numerous medications monthly. They even knoe how to push the Auth thru for my insurance so it's not a back and forth game. As someone who use to work in the medical field, I commend the people who have stayed at walgreens. They are short staffed since covid but again. Never had a problem. Sorry for those who have to fight with Dr offices to get their scripts.

Terrible pharmacy. Consistently unable to locate my medication prescriptions in their computer system. Often using the excuse of computer problems. Too often I have to call 2-3x to see if filled only to be told they still don't have the script, then I call the doctor that says they should have it. Absolutely terrible. This is the third time this has happened with prescriptions already on file. Go to Hannaford and save the headache!

Worst pharmacy. They never have persriptions ready when you arrive. Consistently out of stock of medications. They don't call to let you know if your missing anything, like preauths. The hours are frequently changing because of the lack of staff. It's never "easy", and the staff always looks burnt out and upset.

Shame on you Walgreens a retailer specializing in “health” won’t let a 12 yr old use the bathroom.

The people that work here are rude. The pharmacy is randomly closed without any notice. I went to fill a prescription that i can't go without. They are closed on a week day. It's unbelievable

I got a booster shot here and had the best experience one could expect. It wasn't busy and even though I came 15 minutes early, I had no problem getting in right away. The staff was personable and professional and the store looked well stocked, clean, and tidy. It looks like this Walgreens has gotten low reviews in the past, but I had a great experience.

Scheduled Covid-19 booster vaccines for my husband and myself online and arrived to find the store was not crowded. The pharmacist was friendly and helpful. The person who administered the shots was friendly and put us at ease. Made a purchase and our desired product was in stock. Handicapped parking was available and we were in and out quickly.

Roberta is the most incompetent, uneducated, unable pharmacy tech I've ever met in my life. How does she have a job still? Two weeks ago she sent my son away without his 2nd COVID booster because she couldn't spell his last name. Last night she made an error in the computer and told me (after I'd already waited at the drive up window for 17 minutes) that I'd have to go sit and park my car because she needed her supervisor to fix her mistake. Cool. Everyone makes mistakes. But I'm not leaving this window- you've sent me away once already and this time I've already been waiting longer than a reasonable person would find necessary or acceptable. So then she goes and gets her little manager friend and she's calling me names and bad mouthing me to anyone and everyone who will listen saying that 'karma will get me' and "I'll get what's coming to me" all because I stood up for myself and refused to accept her sub par customer service. I can't deal with her ignorance anymore. Not only could she not spell my son's name correctly (his first name is Noah if that gives you any indication how difficult his name is) she never verified his date of birth or address or any other protected information. Anyone could have come to her drive up window and picked up his medication. When she finally came back to the window she said "can I help you?" Seriously?! In 10 minutes you completely forgot what you were doing and who I was? She is incredibly ignorant and untrustworthy. Because of her absolutely terrible customer service, I will never set foot in that store again so long as she remains employed with Walgreens. She is rude and profoundly stupid. She should not have a job that involves helping customers.

(Please try and read this whole post if you Could, it would mean a lot....thanx)"Walgreens".... I want to say that it's a great place to go for your prescription needs, but unfortunately it is not the very 1st pharmacy I would recommend! The reason for this unflattering review is most definitely do to the overall administration(CEO's/owners/BIG WIGS) and there extremely lengthy take over of RiteAid!!! During the transfer from Riteaid to Walgreens the store went completely off the rails, to become a literal nightmare for anyone needing to get important medications... or any medications at all!! The entire store went through periods of time were they were closed unexpectedly with no warning or even a notice of when business would resume!! Ounce the store opened again, the pharmacy would than continue to go through very erratic an sporadic openings and closings! The pharmacy also went through a period were they did not have a full time pharmacist or even regular employees!! It even got to the point were the pharmacy admittedly would not answer the phone because there were not enough employees to give assistance by phone!!!Unfortunately these were only a few of the issues that were plaguing this store, but I must wholeheartedly admit that within the past month this store/pharmacy has really addressed these problems aggressively?!!! I'm very happy to say that the employees have really gone above and beyond to fix almost everyone of the problems that had plagued this location! I can honestly say that I've returned to using this pharmacy for all my medication needs and I also would like to say that my wife has also returned to using there services?!! I also feel that its very important that I let people know that if it wasn't for the walgreens pharmacy hiring such a great an wonderful women to take over the head pharmacists position, than I really sincerely do not think I would be staying or using this Walgreens pharmacy today! I really hope that people will see this post and understand how much this store had to overcome to keep my family and my own business through such a crazy time!!**THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH TO ALL OF THE STAFF AT THE WALGREENS PHARMACY AND A SPECIAL THANKS TO THE HEAD PHARMACIST(u know who u are)?? FOR KEEPING EVERYTHING WORKING TOGETHER AN GOING ABOVE AN BEYOND!!! THANX AGAIN?!!

I will be avoiding this location in the future and I would advise others do the same. My appointment was canceled today with no notice. I was informed when I arrived. Seems others have had similar experiences with poor communication and unreliability from the pharmacy at this location. Now I'm delayed for another two weeks and another day off work. C'mon guys. Do better.
