The gentleman that works on Saturday mornings is miserable and needs to find another job! I just needed to drop off a prepaid box and he yelled at me through the door. What happened to empathy and kindness? I will pray for you!

Hours aren’t very convenient for folks that work 8-5pm. The clerk (shall remain unnamed but is a woman) is terribly miserable. And this is not on one occasion. On just about ever time I’m able to get there. Neighbors say the same.

I arrived at the post office at 1156 to talk to someone regarding my mail. The door was already shut saying closed 12-1 for lunch. Firstly who is allowed to close for an hour for lunch during a workday? Secondly, i knocked and rang the door bell several times because it is the only time I could get hear today and was ignored by whoever is working today. Ive never had an experience like this at any other post office.

I had a mail hold that stated at Buxton PO on my parcel tracking as I live in Buxton. And the clerk was very impolite when I asked about it like I was supposed to know it was being held at Gorham? Why would I ever think it was at Gorham! It’s not hard to give a smile and explain this to a customer. The guy who works here is always miserable and I’ve never seen a smile so I can’t say I’m surprised with this experience either.

They regularly fail to deliver packages whose tracking says it will be delivered that day. They lie and mark my driveway as inaccessible when fedex and ups have no issue delivering to my front porch on the same day. Incredibly disappointing and upsetting that nothing can be done to change this!

Very professional and helpful, both Mike and the Postmaster. FYI to all the delivery reviews, Buxton does not deliver the mail, the carriers are out of the distribution center at the Gorham Post office.

I sent out cards to my mom twice the first time never received same the 2 time. Pluse my light bill payment never got to them I'm on hold as I wright this a hour in a half wait. Smh not happy. I seen the mail lady pick the mail up so how's it not delivered?

Always leaving my mailbox open in all weather conditions. Always have other people's mail in my mailbox. I have had a couple times where I had Amazon packages where the tracking said they were delivered but never actually received them. Finally they magically appear in front of my front door days later. As well as never being consistent on delivery times.
