“We are overall happy with our service but there have been mistakes when we call and set up appointments. We told the employee what we wanted to have done and then the day of our appointment they don’t have it in the computer what exactly we asked for.”
“I needed my shock spring replaced. I was able to remove the assembly from the car and they accepted to remove the broken spring and compress in the new spring to assembly for me. They even charged less than what they said they would charge. Definitely will choose them again!”
“Our construction company has always received excellent customer service, great management and communication from the Biddeford, Maine branch and previously the Westbrook, Maine branch a few years ago. We have used Sullivan Tire for our fleet of company pick up trucks for years and have never been disappointed. They provide fair, honest, timely and consistent quality service. It is always a pleasure speaking with the front desk crew and store manager Joe Conte makes it easy for our company to have a great relationship with the Biddeford branch. He is very personable and attentive to the urgency of our need for a timely turnover. He has even helped us by communicating to your out of state Sullivan branches for us when one of our trucks had issues while out of state. We have also had situations due to the "right to repair" scam where we had to reluctantly go to a dealership. Each time we did was an instant reminder to why we appreciate Sullivan so much.”

“Unfortunately, my vehicle left the service department after 3 hours today with the same issue we brought it in with. The staff were very friendly, but they were very busy and it seems they weren’t as thorough as they could have been. Told us they couldn’t recreate the sputter that happens when my car reaches 15-25mph. I asked if they hooked it up to the diagnostic tool and the gentleman said, “They had it for 3 hours so I’m sure they tried everything”. The bill does not specify if they did or not. Thankful they didn’t charge us the quoted diagnostic price of $155, but disappointed we wasted 3 hours to be told there is nothing wrong. The issue happened for us again the moment we pulled out of their lot ?. Again, not saying I wouldn’t recommend them because I believe they just had an overwhelming day but just a bit disappointed.”
