Sold me a computer and did not put back to factory settings, before selling to me.
I contacted owners and then waited more than a week before calling this business.
I was very firm but cordial with my message.
Wife was contact person and responded with “don’t call business again”. I responded with “ I will call to get this situation taken care of”. I was advised that I would have a harassment complaint filed against me if I called this business. No other way to contact seller but through Facebook messenger. Which she did not respond to.
On a couple back and forth communication with wife I became quite adamant that I would report them to Facebook marketplace and that I wanted resolution for this computer. In other words, I refused to have a bunch of “I don’t know” answers.
Ended up taking the computer to a repair shop to gain access to the computer.
Very bad customer service. Does not stand behind the sale.

I highly recommend Daniels Auto, they were amazing, and upfront every step of the way, my truck wasn't an easy fix, Scott was very thorough, I truly appreciated all his work. I had already taken my truck to another mechanic who did not find or fix my issue and after 2 days of labor said id need to take it to another garage. I called several places who were booking out weeks to a month out, Scott was recommended by a friend, I told him what was already done and he got me right in within 2 days, and had it diagnosed the next day. He gave me a breakdown of cost , parts , and labor upfront so i knew what to expect. If you need anything done him, and his wife were great to work with. I will definitely be back for any future issues or maintenance.

Scott and Ally were amazing. I had my winter tires put on and got a quote for four new summer tires. Quote was very reasonable. Got the quote back by the time my car was done. They are always on top of things and are very nice. I recommend them to all my friends and family.Service: Tires

This is the best place to bring your vehicle! I had a lot of custom performance work done, custom exhaust and extremely professional wiring. Scotty takes the extra time to do the job way above and beyond what is normally done! The pricing is extremely low compared to other places! Ally takes a lot of time to find the best parts and does amazing detailing too. They are extremely trustworthy and amazing people at Daniels Auto and I will always be back!Services: Engine repair

Wish I could give negative stars. Daniels auto is a scam and would never recommend bringing your car there. If you do decide to use them make sure you don't ask for updates after fully paying cause owner will threaten you. I paid 900 dollars for absolutely nothing!!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We love Daniels Auto! Personable, friendly, fair, honest, timely and reasonably priced. I had a service plan at the dealership where I bought my truck, when my truck was not running right I went in and called the dealership several times but was still having issues. So I took my truck here to someone I trusted. Daniels Auto diagnosed the issues, fixed and my truck now runs so smooth! No more pulling, shaking, grinding and I feel safe and worry free. Go see Scotty and their crew they will get it done right!

Some of the best service you can receive. The owner is friendly, knowledgeable and ensures customers understand what their vehicle needs for repairs. He didn’t try to up sell me and I didn’t feel pressured to perform unneeded repairs, plus my bill was very fair for the work that was done. I will be going back to Daniels Auto for all of my car needs from here forward!
