Returned packages to sender the day after it was delivered to post office. Sender sent me notification that my package was being held there only to find out they had returned half my shipment to sender.

Everybody that works at the bucksport Maine post office is very nice. From the people behind the counter to people loading the mail at the loading dock to the people out on the delivery route, I've never had a bad interaction. I haven't read any of the negative reviews but I can't imagine what people are complaining about.

This is DESPICABLE!! With shipping already a problem and behind you would think that the Post Office in Bucksport would at least be open until 3-4 to allow for packages to be picked up for Christmas! But NOPE they closed at noon causing a loss of gifts for my children for Christmas! Other offices locally are open until 2/4:45.Absolutely unacceptable and a huge failure !!!!!! I can’t not even believe it!!!!

The postal delivery workers are overwhelmed with the amount of packages and cannot get them delivered by 7:30 at night which results in packages having to wait until the following day. Postal service should do something to help these delivery people who are doing the best I can

They seem to try to do a good job, but this post office is always making my life harder. Multiple times they have given me wrong advice, resulting in packages returned to sender or me wasting my time trying to do something impossible. I won't be using them again.
