I pulled a DA move. Smashed out the rear crew cab window with power slider, on our F250 truck. Wife's kayak didn't get hurt at all. My fault didn't lash the yak down firmly enough. We drove straight to Sunrise Glass in Brewer, within 30 minutes. Michelle the office lady put crash wrap on the damage so we could drive home without glass flying everywhere. Called my insurance company to report. Michelle made an appointment for us, 3 day wait for parts. The Tech, Alex installed and tested the power slider within 1.5 hours. We were treated very well, answered all our questions, the tech did a great job. We have a $0.00 deductible that is included in our insurance. What more could one ask for? Sunrise Glass gave excellent service and we are so pleased with the repair. Five Star rating without hesitation.

My recent appointment for windshield chip repair was the 3rd one in a year. I seem to attract rocks. The employees are all very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They have always done a great job. When needed, they will always be my to go glass repair business.

I met the owner, Tom, on accident when I had a hauling issue at Home Depot.
Tom came out of nowhere and offered me tie downs and assistance…
I’m sure this is representative of his business practices…
I’ll definitely use them in the future.

Great service! Sunrise has done many repairs and replacements for my company and they always are very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. All of their work is very clean and you never could tell anything was previously damaged. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing glass repair or replacement.

I showed up Thursday to ask questions about my star repairs on my windshield and was informed the repair was covered by my insurance. Sunrise arranged everything with my insurance and the repair was completed in less than an hour on the following Monday! Thanks Sunrise!!

Sunrise Glass has done custom sized glass pieces with different types of edges for several of my tabletops in the past year or so. Most recently they replaced my hinged glass shower door, restoring the beauty to my bath space. They are knowledgeable about all things glass, are professional and deliver superior grade customized glass pieces in the timeframe promised. Their field crew and installers were respectful and professional in my home. I would suggest Sunrise Glass to everyone who has a project requiring customized glass. They are my go to for all things glass!

My experience with this business was extremely pleasant. I called to verify they could help me and they were able to fit me into their schedule in the same day. Originally it was going to be a couple weeks until the window could be fixed, however they were able to come through on the same day! I was ecstatic. Heather and Matt did an absolutely wonderful job taking care of my window glass needs, and the other staff were super friendly and helpful as well. I recommend this business highly and I certainly will be back.6 stars if I could.

We searched around for someone to do 17 windows in our home. 3 very large picture windows. We read the reviews and went with Sunrise Glass. They have done an amazing job. The windows look great. Everyone in administration worked timely and kept in communication with me about the process and where we were at. The crew that came was very professional going above and beyond what was asked of them.I would recommend them for any job that you have. I had the pleasure of working with Heather, Michelle and Tom . My son accidentally broke his window so we called sunrise glass to have it fixed. It was over $400 for just one window. It took forever for them to even get out here to even fix it with a new window and the new window they put in they didn’t do it right , it falls out every time you raise the window up they came back out and told us it was gonna be another two weeks. Here is going on three weeks. The initial call for them was almost 3 months ago and the woman in the office sick she never says goodbye, and she is not pleasant , she needs to learn some manners. If you don’t like your job, then get done you don’t have to be ignorant about it. Sunrise glass has gone downhill in the last few years and it sad
