I agree with Ruby. Both my husband and I have had insanely unhelpful visits to the bank branch which were corrected by phone calls to the general CNB phone support. As a bank I’ve never had problems with customer service at all. This branch is definitely the worst experience I’ve had with CNB.

The bank and employees are great! However, the parking lot, as well as the drive-thru, need some work. They're horribly designed.If the parking lot is full and you're in a full-size suv or truck, you might as well just go inside and save yourself the hassle
