I found all of the staff to be exceptionally helpful as I shopped. I went to several of the different stores and found the same level of service in each store. “Excellent outlet. I always check the Talbots outlets when I travel and I have to say our hometown Talbots outlet (Freeport, ME) is far superior to all! The help is wonderful, especially Joline, and the selection is displayed in an appealing fashion. They are all so helpful and friendly. Best Talbots Outlet!”

Walked right in, sales person came up to me and saw I had my suit in hand. He aske how he could help, told him I wanted pants to match. He said he knew exactly what I was looking for and even pulled out the right length.

“The staff was amazing I was looking for a specific item. She informed me they were out of stock then checked the next truck arriving to see if they would have one tomorrow. They would not so she checked inventory at several other stores. It was very helpful. I will definitely go back to this store in Freeport Maine.”

“I always have a great experience at this store. I was in today and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful! What stood out most was when I (stupidly) left my newly purchased item outside on a bench and drove home. Someone found it and kindly brought it back to the store. The employee looked up my order, called me, and then shipped it to me free of charge since I was visiting Freeport and already driving back home. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. Wonderful experience, to say the least. :)”
