I had mud that was really caked on really hard around the wheel wells and the folks. There not only let me run it through again but took the time to get out the sprayer jets and really blast it clean- much appreciated

Employees are all very nice and the manager was very helpful and fair with a question we had on our bill.Car wash does a good job and appreciate being able to clean inside of car with the free vacuums.

Overcharged me,, payed monthly ,no one got back to me! It washes most of my car,, except the back,, Which is important to and I've given them tips ,so they'll Do a good job before I go in the wash. Free vacuum if they work. Very disappointed

They don't do a very good job.You have to go At least two times to get your vehicle clean I had a seasonal pass. Had to cancel it cause I'm not going back.

I've been through this wash a ton of times and never laughed as much as I did today! Roxanne is absolutely hilarious and she showed me sales techniques I didn't know existed! She's a gem! And Chabs and Emily are equally amazing! All female crew, impressive and professional! Kudos Washville, you know how to pick solid employees

I've been through this wash before and never had so much fun as I did today! Roxanne and Chabs sold me with their energy! Emily sealed the deal with excellent attention to detail. Amazing, girl power is real!

I went to this wash for the first time this afternoon. I was so impressed by the staff. All smiles, jokes and sold me on the unlimited plan! More impressive, all female staff! Emily, Roxanne and Chabs are absolute rockstars.. You're lucky to have them!

I pulled up to get a car wash, looked like one of the employees was working on his own car, if he spent more time working on his customers cars instead of his own, this carwash would be probably be more efficient and friendly, however some of the other employees made it somewhat worth the experience.

This location is getting worse Everytime I visit. Vacuums not working, wash is marginal at best. Thinking I will cancel my monthly subscription.
