Old fashioned values. Stopped in to have my car looked at before taking it for a long trip. They checked out the tires and topped off my fluids within the same day. Found nothing wrong and sent me on my way. No charge. Thank you for looking out for me VIP!

Honourable customer service.
I pulled in when they couldn’t offer the service I needed, but quickly provided me with other shops to get the work done.
Coming from out of town, this was a life saver!

On 7/20, car picked up by wife and son, 1 employee watching TV and told them to wait until other employee was off phone. The only direct correspondence was the bill. No mention of failed inspection or fax to wife's phone.
VIP up sold my request for 2 front tires to 4 tires and then told me I asked for 4 tires.
I expressly wanted the car fixed for inspection.
Here is the kicker, I asked the front desk person, who was polite and professional, why we didn't get a copy of the failed inspection and he said, "We don't do that anymore because people lose them,"
I really like to know how they completed their research on that one?

I sent my brothers car to get service they quoted him 550 dollars to do a starter then they miss diagnosed the car saying it needed a new key it did not the computer in the car was fried I towed it somewhere else to fix the cpu! I would not trust them with a lawn mower nevermind a car! I reached out to corporate to try and get half refunded for the wasted diagnostic computer check no response from them so they don't care about their customers or their terrible service!

I've heard varrying opinions about VIP but I can only speak to my experience. I've been in several times over the last couple of years and always have been treated well and fairly. Ashley at the front desk is friendly, efficient and tries to make the process easy. The mechanics I've interacted with are knowledgeable of their trade and explain things well before starting in on the work. I'll continue to go to VIP in Brunswick.

Needed a laundry list of items on my car addressed, was able to make an appointment quickly and without hassle. I had an issue I was concerned about and they diagnosed and explained the proposed fix. Was overall happy with my service.

When I was 17 I came in to get my tires replaced, the first time I came in there they told me I didn’t have the right bolt to unscrew the tires. So I found it and came back. They replaced my tires. My front right tire went flat a week afterword so I took it back. They said there was nothing they could do and so they put my spare on. Two years later Autometrics said my tires didn’t pass inspection and it was miss aligned after only 15,000 miles of driving. After going in three times as a young 17 year old girl they miss aligned my car and they were pretty rude and sexist to me when I came in two years ago. We came back to get some sort of credit because they didn’t do their job the first time. We had to come in twice because the staff told us the manager would be back when he wasn’t. When we called they used Goodyear as an excuse for the fact that even if there was something wrong with the tires, they themselves did not align my car properly, which was the heart of the matter. They were condescending and poorly trained in customer service and basic respect of the female gender. They refused to meet me even half way, and after having to come in FIVE times for one tire replacement and alignment I’m pretty upset. We won’t be doing business with them from now on and I encourage people to get their tires from someplace else.

I went in to the store today to see if they could fit me in real quick to replace a headlight light bulb. They were going to try and squeeze me in. They asked if I had the bulb I said no I figured I could buy it here. After looking at the light I was told that it would take some time to replace because the had to go in through the wheel well and do a few things to get the light in. So they wouldn't be able to get me in today. I said ok and headed to another vip. A very nice guy at the auto parts counter came out to take a look for me and popped out the light from inside the hood in a matter of ten seconds. He replaced both lights in less than 5 mins. So I don't know why this place said it was going to have to be a service charge and take a while to replace. On top of that the man at the second vip said I was missing the dust cover for the light. Well come to find out the plastic cover was sitting on top of the hot engine block! And was melting. Guess what, guess who took it off and left it on top of the engine. That's right, this vip. Pretty disappointed and will not be returning here.

I have always had good service at this Brunswick VIP location. Michael and Ashley were friendly. At my last oil change and inspection, they provided me with accurate service times so I could plan accordingly. And everything went according to schedule. Thank you!

I can not say enough about how amazing this VIP location and the staff is ! I had to come in a couple months ago and needed new tires bad. Michael helped me find the best type of tires for the best price ! I’ll admit I don’t know squat about cars or tires, Michael didn’t get annoyed with any of my questions and provided a ton of great information! I realized today that I needed a rotation on my tires! I stop in and Michael was there and told me he could get it done today ! I pass two VIP’s to get to this location and I don’t care because this location is the quickest, does the quickest work and has the best staff ! Thank you Michael for all the help ! VIP is lucky to have such a great , kind and knowledgeable employee !

Brunswick: This is the second time I have used VIP auto with my old 2008 Hyundai Tucson for my annual summer inspection.
I had an appointment, and they did not disappoint me taking me right on time. They were professional and courteous, completing the inspection in a timely manner. I would highly recommend VIP auto.
