Wow, went in to ship a prepaid package. They couldn’t sign the prepaid insurance form. Because they aren’t UPS.??? When I asked where a UPS location was, he said again he doesn’t work for UPS and doesn’t know. So I asked for a box to pack 2 suits in. Gave me a 24x24x24 box. I told them that it was too big, he assured me it was the right size. I got home opened the box an wow it’s huge. Box cost me $25.46. Just for the box, a box I can’t use. Wish I could attach a photo of the box here. You’d get a good laugh. But now I have an expensive box I can’t use. Who train these people??? 24x24x24 for 2 small garment bags. ?

I have used this specific location countless times. Every single time I come in the workers are always in a very bad, negative, unhappy mood. There’s no helping this miserable lot!!

One particular employee at this store, a tall lady with curly hair, is SO RUDE. I went in to ask a question and I couldn’t believe how awful she was to me, and her own colleague in there. The only reason I’m not giving this store a 1-star review is because my other experiences here have been great. The tall woman with curly hair should not be working in a customer service-oriented job.

Always excellent customer service, the long line moves steadily, knowledgeable staff, attempt to provide best possible rates and supplies for customers, and generally seem to enjoy their job!

I’ve always found the crew here to be helpful and pleasant, often going beyond what is expected. One important life lesson I’ve learned over the years is that you get what you give. It’s possible that the rudeness some refer to is merely a reflection of the rudeness you are putting out there. If you don’t want to pay a taping fee, tape the box yourself. It’s a business after all. Amazon returns are likely not a moneymaker, so give these people some slack.

I have been at that's store multiple times. I had nothing but rude employees the older man and younger male both rude .

I fully agree with other poor reviews. Customer service is bad. Everyone is grumpy and rude. They clearly hate any Amazon return. Other items, like tape if you missed taping a box, are way overpriced ($6 vs $3 at USPS). I've been here for more than just an occasional return and have been overly pleasant knowing the staff is not in the most fun line of work, and the service was not different. It doesn't take much to be kind.

I return several packages from Amazon and the associated behind the counter asks me why I have so many returns.Like it's any of his business how many packages i have to send.So Very rude an un pleasant to deal with. Even had every package packed an ready to go it just needed a return label to stick on an send it. All the while im trying to make it easier for them an he still complained about how i shouldn't package the stuff up. Like putting a lable on wasn't easy enough or he was so miserable he just needed something else to complain about. Everytime I go in there I hope he's not the one that waits on me. I'd go to a different store if there was one close enough.But Staples is now taking Amazon returns so that is very very very exciting to have another option. I'm not one to make bad reviews nor do I like doing it period but sometimes people need to know what's happening in there stores.

Perhaps the most unaccommodating service I’ve ever had the displeasure of being forced to use.I was told the original, unopened shipping package was insufficient. So they charged me to literally open the box, dump the contents into a new box, and handed back the perfectly fine original packaging because “they aren’t a recycling center”. With all the modern efforts to combat climate change being charged 22$ to waste cardboard and catch attitude about it kind of blew my mind and warranted a negative review.

Waited 20 minutes to ship two packages with QR codes.1 said customer packaged, 1 said bring to UPS store they will box it up....so I needed 1 piece of tape each but I saved them having to box up the second item. The rep told me it would be 5 bucks to tape them..... I understand inflation and all ...I owe a business too..... but 5 dollars for a piece of tape! Get real..... I walked out.

Awful place, rude employees. The tall lady with curly hair who looks like she hates her life is particularly miserable. I’m honestly not even sure why she has a job working with people. Service is terrible on top of this.

I drove over 35min to get to this UPS because for some reason I could only do my Amazon return here. I showed the older guy working there my QR code and he scanned it and then he told me he needs to charge me 3$ because he needs to box my order. My order was already in the box that it came in and it only needed to be taped THAT’s ALL. I asked if he can give me a tape and I will tape it. He said that’s not how it works and he was really rude. Amazon needs to stop making his customers come to this store to do their returns. Like seriously he wants to charge money for taping. I could buy a tape for 1$.

I went in for an Amazon return and the gentleman behind the counter overlooked me and helped a customer who came in behind. When I pointed out I was also waiting, which seemed appropriate, I was given an odd sermon on choosing our responses to situations and being watched from above. Seemed like an odd response when I just thought he missed me. His younger colleague was much nicer despite seemingly doing all of the work.
