A while back I bought a seat saddle from the Rusty Crank through Amazon for $150. I had a problem with it and sent it back to them. I never heard back from them even after emailing them. Obviously, I don't trust them

Stopped by today and the shop is pleasant with knowledgeable and kind staff. Sweet vibe and comfortable walking in, greeted by the shop pup. I've been to several bike shops, this one stands out. I would recommend this full service and beyond shop.

I live in Pittsburgh, PA, and found a very specific item that I wanted to purchase. After calling the store and arranging details, everything was taken care of quickly, professionally, and involved incredible customer service. This shop is just outstanding. If I lived in this area, this would be my go-to bike shop. Hands Down. Truly, I cannot say enough great things about my experience, and wish I could do more to promote the business - yes, they are that fantastic! THANK YOU, Rusty Crank! You made my 2022!!!!!!!!!

I took my mountain bike into Karl at the Rusty Crank. There were a lot of issues with my bike and Karl took care of all of them!! It’s like riding a new bike!!! Excellent customer service!!!

The Rusty Crank is just getting going so service is excellent and quick. I rode the Bike Maine 7 day, 350 mile bike ride so I wanted to make sure my 2007 Trek Madone would survive. Paul solved a shifting problem that had been bothering me for years, tuned it perfectly. I was totally confident while pushing my bike up and down hills, through rain and rough roads. Kudos to the Rusty Crank, great service. I would not hesitate to bring any bike problem to them.

The owner of the shop is a very trustworthy, and helpful individual. A situation occurred that he immediately took care of. My wife and I so greatly appreciated the extra effort that was put into what was clearly our mistake. I can’t thank him enough. I would recommend his business wholeheartedly.
