This is a beautiful facility with fresh flowers on the tables at the entrance, a cheery greeting in the morning ( thanks, Ethel) and well equipped fitness rooms. The instructors are excellent as well as pleasant and supportive.Lorel Nazzaro

Awesome little gym that was not busy at all basketball court was spectacular. The staff was friendly and polite.
