Second time in one week I’ve attempted a drive thru deposit. I’m sitting in line again - eighteen minutes so far. Looking for a new bank. I have had accounts at TD (Commerce) for over 18 years. It used to be a great bank.

Blond woman with curly hair gave nothing but attitude. Normally it's a good experience with other tellers. Just trying to have a good day and make a deposit and she gets snarky. It isn't difficult to be nice.

Is TD Bank abandoning Mainers? This is an actual TD Bank branch, but their ATM won't accept cash deposits! TD closed their location inside Hannaford on Maine St in Brunswick and the TD location in Topsham has been replaced by some generic ATM that doesn't accept any deposits at all. So if you need to deposit cash after banker's hours? You literally have to drive 20 miles and hope to find a machine where the "cash" button isn't inexplicably greyed out. So frustrating.

Every time I go here they keep “reminding” me that I can use the atm or phone app for everything. They always make it seem like it’s a pain in the you know where to deal with customer. Never had as many issues when we used TD in Fort Kent But this Brunswick location has been a horrible experience since we moved down here 3 years ago. To top it off, we needed to use the bank today and they were closed, on a Friday! If I could give zero stars I would

IN SHOCK: AUDREY COFFIN was so completely rude and disrespectful to me this morning. I use this same bank every week buy today I felt belittled and just because I wasn't able to open a bank account right at that moment... Its crazy that AUDREY COFFIN's label is assistant head teller because her customer service was HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
