I had a great experience with this store. The service tech, Gregory, was amazing towards me. The man has the patience of Job! He walked me through a few plans and helped me decide which one was best for me. The store and Gregory get 5 stars from me!

Teague was extremely helpful and professional when my mom and I went in to switch over our phone plans yesterday. Teague was patient as we asked questions and helped us every step of the way. We really appreciate all the help and had a wonderful experience!

At the beginning of this May I reached out to Customer Service about releasing a line after months of poor service. My mother was using a brand new phone I bought for her in December, it never worked right. She went into a branch a half dozen times (she was authorized on my account) and at the sixth visit even the CSR said perhaps this was a bad phone and should be replaced. After six visits my mother gave up. Her phone was not fixed and no one replaced it for her, not even after thinking that would be the solution. Now after about a decade of her having a T-Mobile line, she was frustrated and taken advantage of. If that had been a young hot girl, her phone would have been up and running in no time. But no, my mother at 74years of age had to continue to use a useless phone. When she finally brought the phone to me to see for myself, I quickly lost patience with the phone after less than a minute. Pop up after popup after popup came up. You couldn't even dial a phone number or start an app without some ad or video just popping up on its own. It was the most frustrating thing ever! One of your CSR Iza (I believe) was supposed to call me back on 5/5 and never did. I have been a T-Mobile customer for almost 20 years and am so disappointed on how this has all been handled. My mother has since declared she does not want T-Mobile, I have disconnected her former line but am now stuck with a phone that I don't' need and that doesn't work. I would like T-Mobile to refund me on the full cost of the phone and for several months of service for paying for service for a phone that never worked. I would like a response ASAP. I feel so taken advantage of as a loyal T-Mobile, what you will do for me.Well, here I am weeks later and T-Mobile has still done nothing for me. That speaks volumes about how they care about their customers. I have been with T-Mobile for over 17 years, I will be looking for another service provider.

My rep, "Drew Kinkade" went above & beyond to help me with a very difficult problem. It ended up getting resolved due to him going out of his way to help me. So thank you, Drew!! To sum it up... Great Rep, Great experience:)

As an older woman going into a electronic shop can be an intimidating experience. I walked in wanting to get a new phone and a new line added. Drew, Greg, and Nick made me feel so welcome and helped get my questions answers promptly. I am so grateful for these three and have officially switched over to T-mobile for good! Thanks guys.

I recently switched my phone service from Verizon to T-Mobile and I was lucky enough to have Teague as my agent. He was simply amazing and made the transition process so smooth and effortless. From the very first moment walking in the store, he was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about T-Mobile's products and services.Teague took the time to listen to my needs and concerns and provided me with personalized recommendations that fit my budget and lifestyle. He patiently walked me through the entire process of setting up my new phone service, answering all my questions and concerns along the way.What really impressed me about him was his attention to detail and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything was set up correctly and even followed up with me a few days later to make sure that everything was still running smoothly.Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience with Teague and T-Mobile. Not at all happy. The staff (Teague?) at this store eviscerated the saved photos/contacts/apps on my daughter's phone. She recently decided to switch to T-Mobile from Verizon. In the process of transferring the information from her old phone to her new phone, the T-Mobile staff LOST all of her contacts and photos. Instead, the contacts loaded on to her phone were her girlfriend's (who also got on the same plan with her that day). I have no idea how both of their phones ended up with one person's contacts, but my daughter's girlfriends' phone had everything transferred correctly and my daughter lost everything. She even went directly to Apple for help today and was told essentially, that "T-Mobile effed up and sorry, we can't fix it." She has spend HOURS at the T-Mobile store and no one seems to be able to fix what they've done or recover her information which not only included treasured photos, but apps and important contacts she needed for work. Although I was considering switching myself and the rest of our family on to T-Mobile plans, we will no longer be doing that because I'm unwilling to risk losing everything on my phone.
