After numerous times having to wait without getting help, seeing long lines, and having to go elsewhere, I will ignore this store from now on. Everyone's time is precious and... I received much better and friendlier customer service in stores from other companies.

Mikkael was AMAZING!! I visited today and had many issues emailing documents from my phone to the print center. Mikkael was SO patient and kind not only with me but other customers! He is a great asset to your company. I am a retail manager and would have stolen him for my store if it was closer, lol! Great job Mikkael! I hope you are valued by your employers!!

I always have the best experience at this Staples with the Print adept. which is why I come to this store specifically even though I live and work 30 minutes away! The print department is courteous, knowledgeable and are willing to help when needed.As a teacher, it really makes the difference to work with staff who are helpful and kind!

Unbelievable,We adopted a pup from Texas and 2 days after she came to us she slipped her lead and ran into a snowstorm. I went to staples to get a pile of “lost dog” photocopies to put up in our area while we searched, and the gentleman who worked at the Brunswick staples (I wish I could remember his name!!) was unbelievable. Finding me codes to save money and get all color copies! He was so understanding and by the time I left I had 150 color lost dog posters for barely more than the black n whites I was going to get.What an awesome place

This new store is great! It's clean, neat, large, and the staff was very helpful. Staples has always been a staple for our family and this store is one of best I've been in. So, for your office, computer, tech, printing needs check them out you will be glad you did!

Warning: Unclear if the bait and switch sales technique is limited to this Staples or others. But I am ticked off - big time. Here's what happened: Went online and found a good deal on a laptop ($600) at Staples in Brunswick, ME. Spoke on phone with salesperson (Sammy?) who said essentially - no need to buy online - come on down. "We have nine in stock. We won't run out." He also mentioned and in-store discount that would shave off another $40 from laptop cost. This was by far the best in-store deal I could find anywhere in Maine. The next morning, I drive 30 minutes to store and talk with a salesperson (Sammy?). The laptops on display were much more expensive. I asked about the HP laptop ($600) advertised online and the 9 in stock. The salesperson looked at me confused. "I don't know what you are talking about?" He made me feel like an idiot stating these things when I told him I was confused: #Are you sure you are at the right store? #These are the only laptops we have - period? #Our inventory is going extremely fast #We can't keep these laptops in stock. #They are selling as fast as we can stock them. #There is a global shortage of laptops because of the pandemic #Your best bet is to buy what we have here on display #I have no clue what you are talking about when it comes to this $600 laptop #Maybe you are confused? #I think you are confused I thought I was in an episode of the Twilight Zone. I told him I was not crazy and the store was correct. He then says, lets take a look at the computer to see what we have in stock here at the store. For some reason he pulls up Staples.com and shows me all the different laptops I can order and pick up at the store. He reminds me of delays in shipping and tight inventory - suggesting I buy retail NOW. I get a bit irked at the high-pressure and bait-and-switch sales tactics. He picks up on my disappointment and anger - and looks me straight in the eyes with a BIG FAKE SMILE and says "Thank you sir. Have a nice day." and walks abruptly away. I know I'm not crazy. I went back home and went to Staples.com and bought the dam "elusive" laptop from the SAME Staples (don't ask me why) for the $600 price advertised online. When I went to pick up the laptop - Sammy or Danny was nowhere to be found..... The only reason I gave Staples my money was because it was a good laptop and a good price - and I needed it same day. The Staples in Brunswick, ME did not deserve my business. They will never get it a second time. Question - is this bait-and-switch BS only an issue at this Staples? I hope!

Went in to ask how to print a document from an email.The 2 guys behind the counter could take a few refresher courses in customer service.I sent the email to the printer, but never received the authorization email back to print. It would be nice if those working this department had a clue.I left frustrated and without my documents.

I was told my printing job would be done between 4:30-5pm today. I went to pick it up and it hadn't even been started. No phone call to let me know it probably wouldn't be done today never mind at 5:00. I figure my time is valuable too and I missed a visit with a friend to get to Staples. Also, it was like pulling teeth trying to get a price out of the clerk. Unpleasant experience all around.

Update: the package I dropped off was lost. No one knows where it is. No one is taking credit for loosing it either. So disappointed.

Dalton was AMAZING needed a computer ASAP for school and he got it all set up and ready in under 2 hours when it typically takes a day. Gave me amazing deals was honesty and was very clear when explaining everything because I am not a Tech person. Funny and was super personable. Carly the cashier was not so great on the other hand. She was rude pushy and texting in front of everyone interrupted to ask about her lunch. I would 100% go back there but most definetely ask to work with Dalton.
