I dropped off 5 gallons of paint to be recycled. The clerk was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I find it necessary to update my review based on the service, or lack thereof, today. At 4 o'clock this afternoon, I gave my neighbor a ride, and we both intended to drop off 5 cans of paint for recycling. The clerk said we could only drop off 5 cans. My neighbor explained that we were two different households and that I had given her a ride. The clerk then said that their recycling bins were full, and she could only accept 5 cans and that she shouldn't even accept them. She said that the recycling bins were full because a customer had dropped off 60 gallons because they had made arrangements with Safe Harbors. Then she proceeded to tell me that this service was provided by Safe Harbors and that Sherman Williams was doing me a favor by recycling my paint. She told me to take my paint to the Topsham store. I told her that they had referred me to the Brunswick store becsuse their recycling bin was full. She started to say something anout how that was the Topsham store managers fault because.....At this point i stopped paying attention and started to make my way to the door. All this took place as she shouted at me while she had another customer in the "employee only area." I told her that this was truly unfortunate and that I had left a great review based on the service that i had received yesterday. When the other customer joined in on the banter, we left. I was so embarrassed. I will never return to that store. In the past, I have shopped at this store because they specialize in paint. In the future I will be shopping at Home Depot or Lowe's.

After two very frustrating experiences in Yarmouth I decided to give Brunswick a shot and Nathaniel was outstanding the minute I walked through the door he greeted me and helped me find my paint. answered questions was prompt gracious and friendly to work with. I felt very comfortable in the store and he has great people skills it was a relief after my terrible experience in Yarmouth I will visit the Brunswick Sherwin-Williams store every time I need paint and Skip Yarmouth store. All sales reps should take a class and work with him.

They had the products that I wanted and the Sales Person I dealt with ( Kaytlin ) seemed to be Very Knowledgeable and was Very Helpful , , , also, everyone in the store was practicing Safety due to the COVID-19 problem we're all dealing with . . .
