Love the folks at Goodwin's... from the sales to the service department everyone is polite, friendly, down to earth and efficient! I'm so happy I purchased my car from them. Truly not a bad word to say.

Shaun and his staff were beyond helpful, nice & thorough. Everyone from the service department to the sales department were very welcoming and helpful. Shaun also was able to save me a lot of money on service. I purchased my car from Goodwin Mazda in Brunswick many years ago and for sure my next upgrade will be from this same dealership. Wouldn't trust any other dealership for service needs or buying cars.

Shaun was great. Had the 1st service done on my Mazda. Got back a detailed report that was easy to follow and straight forward. Especially like the video of the car. Not often do you get to see the underside of your car up on a lift.

I was impressed with the efforts made by Thom to help me. I ended up spending more time than usual( due ,of course to lack of help,in these times) . He was efficient, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I only take my care to Goodwin’s because of the service . And since I have been one of there older .. shall I say close to 30 years buying Mazda’s . I can speak with knowledge and with my experience with this company. A++ +.

Every person I talked with knew exactly what I needed to do. Setting up a car rental and return was painless.
The car was repaired in less time than we anticipated. The body repair work is undetectable, the transition from original to new paint is impossible to see. The car was returned to us in as new condition. WOW!
In short, we highly recommend Goodwin!

I had a scheduled appt for regular service and told would take an hour or less and scheduler repeated less than an hour. I planned to wait. When arrived was told it would take an hour and a half. When asked that I had been told less, check in person repeated an hour and a half, with no reason for extra time or apology. Service took 1 hr 40 minutes. I had an appt following this service, so was difficult. I understand things happen, but this felt that original scheduler and service department had different time estimates. If I had known the longer time, I would have made arrangements to drop it off and pick up later. Wish I had been given correct information. Otherwise service seemed to be fine.

I was charged for my last service over $200 but realized I should have been covered by the Goodwin care plan I bought with my lease. Also no car wash which I was told exterior wash was included. They found an oil leak they didn't /couldn't fix that day I have to come back next week.
