“We love this store, it is an important part of my business (Bohemian Coffee House and Deli) we’ve found the hidden gem of this store is the team in the “Hannaford ToGo” department! They are worth their weight in GOLD!! Not only do we actually save money as a business using this service, my employee only spends 5 minutes picking up groceries that would normally take him over an hour to shop traditionally for but the quality of the picks are superb!! But what really got me, was the fact that they called me to see how my girl was doing, making sure she was OK. Never have I had that experience with a pet store before. They are just absolutely wonderful, and showed how much they care when they called me. I shop here all the time, and will continue to shop there. I went tonight to pick up a new medication which my insurance wouldn't cover but I did have a manufacturer coupon that I hoped would work, because it is absolutely out of our budget if we had to pay the cash price. I actually had multiple bad dreams last night that the coupon wouldn't work, so when I got there and they tried using the coupon and it didn't work, I was very worried and sad. The pharmacist was so nice and compassionate about the whole thing and said she would call them in the morning and hopefully get it worked out. I went out to my car and had not even driven out of the parking lot when I got a call back from the pharmacist saying she had gotten it to work!! I hurried back in and I don't know how but she managed to get the coupon to cooperate and I was able to get my medicine! I know they were busy and having worked in retail pharmacy for years I know how difficult it can be to find the time to troubleshoot when there is a problem like this. I am so thankful that she took the extra time to try one more thing,it meant the world to me! thank you so much!!!”
