John helped me today & has several times before. The service is consistent: reliable, friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. The waiting office is always clean, has snacks & beverages for free, clean bathroom & a quiet place overall. Service is always 5/5. They even wash my VW when they're not too busy.

Although I live in Boston and have a 2nd home in Bath, I get my service here whenever possible. They always take good care of me as a customer. My key stopped working and after following the instructions in the manual wo success, I popped in without warning. John checked out my key, said he'd be back in a minute. He came right back and had already changed the battery and tried it on my car to be sure it was working. I really appreciated John's help. He helped me the second I arrived. This would never happen in Boston. I love Marong and would recommend them to anyone. Makes me want to drove a VW for the rest of my life so I can get service here.

I recently had accessories added to my VW Tiguan at Morong Brunswick Volkswagen. From the ordering process, to the service appointment, to the actual installation of those accessories, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of all the Morong Brunswick Volkswagen people that assissted me through the process. The parts department worked with me in making sure the order was exactly what I wanted. The service department accommodated me, since I was passing through the area, from a another state, some nearly 400 miles away, and thought that it would be a great idea to have the work done during my travels. Lo and behold, I do not regret a single moment of my decision. The accessories look great, were professionally installed, at a convenient time, and at a great price. Thank you, Curt, Anthony, and all the folks at Morong Brunswick Volkswagen for making this experience a stand-out success.

I have always been leery about dealership service departments, always waiting to see how many add-ons and sales pitches I will get which trying to do some basic service repairs. But when I moved to Maine and was looking for good place to take the Eos I thought...what the heck, let's see how this goes. Besides the one time they forgot to turn my horn back on after fixing my cruise control, service has been spot on! (Btw...you don't want to drive in Bath during tourist season without a horn...Oy Vey!) But I called and they got me right in to fix their mistake. One other thing I like is that they have free loaners when it is gonna take a bit. But if you want to wait, they have a lounge area with wifi, tv, coffee and snacks. Even a fun little phone charging area run by a VW battery.

My S.O. wanted to buy a used VW Jetta Wagon Diesel. As he has family in the area, they did some looking for him, as pickings were slim in VT. He also had a hard time getting call backs locally. There was one here his brother recommended and they worked with him via phone to ensure it would be ready for a Sat pickup. When we arrived, the car was out front. It was immaculate inside and out, including under the hood. You'd never have thought it was a used car. They had us take it out for a test drive. Ran like a dream. The buying transaction was pretty quick and painless. My dad ran a five star Jeep dealership in NYS for over 30 years, so I know what good customer care looks like. This is a perfect example of it.

I would give MOPAR 5 stars, but you cannot ship the part to any address other than your credit card billing address. Shipping was a little slow, but I blame the USPS for that.

I already gave a 5-star review after ordering this part for my Town & Country, but now that it has arrived (on time), I am even more delighted that: 1) It is totally the right part for the job 2) It arrived several days before I excpected it. 3) The price was discounted further by my using PayPal for the transaction 4) I braved a crazy rain shower to install it, and 5) I am a totally soggy but happy customre for Mopar Parts from now on.

WARNING/ WARNING/ WARNING this site and fulfillment House are thieves, I ordered online some Tail lamp fastener which cost $5 per fastener which is crazy to charge for a small piece of plastic and then they charger $13.00 dollars for shipping so in total this little piece of plastic cost over $20. found other sites that will sell you all four for the same price. "STAY AWAY"
