“I don’t leave reviews all that often but my husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Jayme on two separate occasions now. Both times we have been so impressed with her kindness, positive attitude and truly superior customer service. She literally had nothing to gain from helping us today and ended up returning the phone she had just sold us right after we bought it. Still, she was wonderful. We were both extremely tired and not ourselves. Jayme was great and didn’t bat an eye. She obviously knows her stuff and is incredibly competent. First in providing suggestions to get my current phone repaired enough to transfer all data, contacts, etc., to a new phone.
