They don't answer the phone. I've been calling for hours. Tried multiple departments. No avail.

This Lowes has really gone downhill over the past few months, especially in the garden department. Long lines and cashiers who aren't capable.Switching to Home Depot and Ace.

Purchased an oscillating hand tool yesterday. It was sealed in a box. It clearly is used.The response from the store and from Lowe's online was pathetic.
