If I could put less than one star I would. I think I’ve only got one order for my cpap machine right. Doesn’t do any good to call their order line because nobody EVER calls back. When you go in so you can interact with a live person you still get the run around. I’ve NEVER seen such poor customer service in my life. And I’m still waiting for the office manager to call me back. I wouldn’t recommend them for any of their services. Good luck if you do

Don’t use this company. Nothing but a hassle trying to get replacement equipment. I was telling a fellow employee my experience last week and he started laughing. He just canned Kennebec Pharmacy after having the same experience.

I always pay for my supplies when I get them and they are very nice and prompt. A few times they have taken out of my bank account and I ask what fir and the billing can never fully tell me what it was for. My card was compromised so I haven't changed it with them yet so they sent me a bill. I have been trying to call but all the numbers for billing do not work. I think I will try a different place to get supplies.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the Kennebec pharmacy staff at both the Brunswick and Augusta ME locations. Carla and Danelle at the Brunswick location have been very responsive to my requests for CPAC orders.. Lisa at the Augusta location has also been very helpful on numerous occasions.
