I spoke today to Vicky, who is an expert and giving all the information of person could possibly want or need on my Home Depot offers for water, heaters and services related to them. Talking to her today was the absolute highlight of my day as she was able to give me information regarding replacing a water heater. I know she doesn’t know and I may have just been a random customer. I want Home Depot to know how appreciated speaking with her today. Reviews are not always positive, but this one is intended to be nothing but as I do not have enough good to say. I hope Home Depot greatly appreciates you and you know that you are appreciated by people that you don’t know!”
