I keep trying with Hannaford’s on Elm St. I keep giving you another chance. And to be fair, most of my bad experiences come from the grocery side. Today, like others have commented, I used to love this pharmacy. Now, when I need a medicine, chances are they won’t have it. I even called before I got in my car and drove in to town. Now, tears, I need it and I don’t have it. The soonest they can get it is Wednesday. That is 5(!) days after I was supposed to start it. Overall, I do not like going to Hannaford’s anymore. I lack confidence in them. Anyone have a recommendation for a different and more reliable pharmacy?

Wish I could be this bad at my job and keep it. Opened late today, didn't have my med ready after picking up the others 3 days ago. Constantly get alerts that my meds are ready and then go to pick them up to be told or is an automated system and they aren't ready, apparently the systems aren't actually connected.

Do NOT use this pharmacy. It has been nothing but a headache trying to simply pick up a prescription. Pick a different place. Any place is better than here.

I received a call yesterday to pick my meds today after 10:00am I stop in at noon and they were not ready and to come back tomorrow. I know your busy but I drove ten miles for nothing. We are all busy I feel that you need to hire more help.It might be margin that you looking at not sure. Please don't make your customers go in to get there meds and then go away with nothing.

I switched to this pharmacy recently and I have been extremely disappointed in my experiences here. Customer service is atrocious and communication is nonexistent. It seems to take forever to get prescriptions. I will be switching pharmacies.

I am done with Hannaford Brunswick on Maine St. They are some of the rudest group of people I have ever met, half of the time they can not fill complete prescriptions, their lack of communication and not to mention the prescriptions done right program mine was done right for the first couple of months now it seems like I am there 3 or 4 times a month. Even my doctors office suggests any other place but there. My family is going to try another pharmacy, it certainly can not get any worse. I understand that everyone is short staffed and have gone with that excuse for way too long, yes they are short staffed but it is quite obvious to my why, they are all miserable and would much rather be doing anything else than their current job.

I went tonight to pick up a new medication which my insurance wouldn't cover but I did have a manufacturer coupon that I hoped would work, because it is absolutely out of our budget if we had to pay the cash price. I actually had multiple bad dreams last night that the coupon wouldn't work, so when I got there and they tried using the coupon and it didn't work, I was very worried and sad. The pharmacist was so nice and compassionate about the whole thing and said she would call them in the morning and hopefully get it worked out. I went out to my car and had not even driven out of the parking lot when I got a call back from the pharmacist saying she had gotten it to work!! I hurried back in and I don't know how but she managed to get the coupon to cooperate and I was able to get my medicine! I know they were busy and having worked in retail pharmacy for years I know how difficult it can be to find the time to troubleshoot when there is a problem like this. I am so thankful that she took the extra time to try one more thing,it meant the world to me! thank you so much!!!

Awful pharmacy! They never have my medication, it’s always on back order. Then they’ll tell you to call around asking other pharmacy’s if they have it.. I’m sorry isn’t that your job? This happens EVERY month!
What’s worse is I went to pick up my two year olds amoxicillin the day AFTER the doctor sent it in, because I was waiting for the pharmacy to let me know it was ready. When I went to get it they had to make sure they even had it in stock.. like what?! This was sent in 12+ hours ago..
They’re not professional!
Go somewhere else! You’ll get your meds faster.

The only reason I’m rating 1 star is because the scale doesn’t go any lower… Worst managed pharmacy I have had to use EVER. Auto-renewal meds have never been ready when they are supposed to be, and frequently we’ve gotten calls from the pharmacy that the meds are ready only to show up and be told they don’t have them, or if you’re “lucky” that the meds will be ready in another hour.
-100/10 experience, save your time, money, and mental health and use a different pharmacy.

Avoid here at all costs. Consistent 40 min wait times only for the prescription- set to auto renewal and after confirmation that the meds are ready- to not be ready. I’ve had my meds set to automatically refill since June and every month they’ve not been ready, leading me to have multiple days with meds monthly.

My husband and I had a ton of trouble getting a prescription for our son.
This location has been our go to pharmacy for over 5 years. We have had trouble here and there but nothing that made us make a change.
The prescription we needed was not in stock and we got the run around for over an hour. We had to call nearby pharmacies to see if any of them had it and then we were to call our pediatrician back if none of the locations had it. Our pediatrician said that the pharmacy should have been able to locate what we needed.
All of this is fine it was the women I spoke with the last time I called she was so rude… she almost sounded irritated I was calling again her name was Karen… I wish I had got her last name because I would love to write her a letter directly. She was simply not interested in helping me.
My son was in the ER and I was very overwhelmed and just trying my best to figure it out and she had no patience. It is true… you never know what someone is going through and all I needed was a little understanding. Needless to say we have changed pharmacies.

My wife has constant issues getting her scrips refilled in a timely manner. They say it will be ready, then when she goes to get it, they don't have the pills on hand. Or they haven't filled it and it will be another day.
Now, as in at this very moment, she is there to get antibiotics for me. At 3pm, they said it would be an hour. At 4:30, she finds out the person who handled it at 3 never put it on the board for processing and it will be another hour.
These aren't kumquats. These are meds people NEED for their HEALTH!
This place has serious management issues.

ALWAYS SO RUDE! I'm going to switch pharmacies, 95% of the time when I call to ask a question or to to verify if a prescription is ready (because it takes days after my MD sends a script in before it gets filled), I am always spoken to in a rude manner and made to feel like I'm bothering them. Literally I am fed up with it and going to switch pharmacies after my phone call today with them. I called to ask if an Rx was ready that my Doctor sent in over a week ago, and they said no and they couldn't tell me when it would be ready. I ask "So when should I come in" and she says just call back later that she's busy. Trying to get my meds for over a week. I ask if another medication can be filled, and she said she would try but couldn't tell me yes or no, like what am I supposed to do then?
