My sales person, Tommy G. was amazing! Over the top customer service! He delivered my car, and was so patient explaining everything about the car to me! My old car was a 2009 Honda! A lot has changed for the better, but I had no clue, about all the bells and whistles on my new Chevy Trailblazer, it is amazing, so is Tommy! Thanks so much, would recommend you to the moon and back! Totally impressed!

Had a great purchase experience with one of their top sales & leasing consultants, Jody Lowe. He made the buying process easy and stress free. Charlie, their finance manager made me feel very comfortable about the loan process. He secured me a better interest rate than the pre approval loan I had when I walked through the door. Wonderful team! Highly recommend!

They dropped the ball on selling me a truck. Buyer beware, don't get the undercoating for 795. I'm sure anyone could do a better job and coverage for a lot cheaper. Other small things service department missed too. Like doing an alignment with only 26lbs of pressure in one tire. Says it was serviced but only 13 percent left on the oil. Sticker says it was done. Was it?

I have lived in the area just over a year now and have brought my Suburban into the Goodwin Chevrolet Service department for its necessary oil changes and more recently purchased tires from them. They are extremely friendly but professional, appointments have been timely and punctual and they are very communicative about the progress and completion. Could not be happier. Recently I had to visit their collision center as well - again - friendly and very helpful in helping me understand how the insurance deals with accidents and coverage - once my car was in they were clear in how long it might take and updated me when it was clear it might be longer - they also coordinated with the service department so I could get my car in for an oil change at the same time - overall a great automotive company.

This was a first visit to Goodwin Chevrolet Brunswick. Scheduling service was easy. They were attentive and accurate when discussing the vehicles issues, drop off was just as pleasant. We went into town while the work was being done - they checked in with me to confirm the pricing, then called to let me know the work was complete (earlier than predicted as well). If this is a standard experience at Goodwin, then I am glad this is my new local dealer.
