I live out of state, but I was in Brunswick to visit my family. I figured I'd stop by to get a few rolls in and some instruction. John and his team welcomed me with open arms. A great group of guys and girls to train with. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm up to visit family. Osss!

First Class MMA is composed of a warm group of people from different walks and offers various classes and seminars ranging from non-contact exercise classes to its bread and butter: striking and grappling martial arts! It's a great experience and even an awesome night capper after a long day of manual labor!
