“Past the double doors your inside - quickly met with a blast of neuvo summer of 2022.5 Igloos and Playmates and beach dinnerware and then it's to the deli if you rip a hard left and after that - produce at eleven o'clock - then it's all ,,blurry confusion - then there's a reestablished connection to rows and registers and women's bikinis. Someone once told me that "big supermarkets (redundant, I know) take from the human experience and the quality" and I can't tell you that I completely disagree. But such are the times now - and smaller pockets in and around New England benefit in more ways than one to have such behemoths lurking around towns and setting roots. Last night this was the Rigs landing spot, myself included and minus the mess the young folk left post meetup (which I picked up - no biggie, let's all pitch in and clean up even if it's not our own) I was awoken by my estranged crow friend Fred. Heaving asiago cheddar bread in his direction - the gulls came - because they were watching, totally dominating the rooftops and flagpole parking lot lights. I've been in Maine for three months, you can take my word on this one - gulls dominant the lots. But back inside I get a equal balance of "it's not my department" dude and that absolutely sweet gal that seems to have a sensory perception when I become confused about peanut butter or the bread to spread it on and many more real life examples - so the scales of customer service satisfaction tip more towards Good.”

“I often forget about TJ Maxx & the variety of items one can find there. I went there looking specifically for a shoe horn... they had none, unfortunately. Oh well, can't win em all, eh? The store pricing is confusing, hence the 4 stars vs 5. For example: During this visit, I chose 3 small nesting tables for my plants; said tables had been zip‐tied together, to be sold as a single unit... HOWEVER, each nesting table had a different price label attached: altogether (priced small to large) $9.99 $14.99 $16.99. Was it all these prices added ...or? It's one unit! I was buying it because $9.99 for something with a "wrought iron look", made in CHINA to hold plants, seemed a good deal. Anyhow. Are you confused? Me too.”
