I live in New Hampshire. I was looking for a new Ford Bronco. I have a vehicle to trade. I'm told "Our assistant General Manager Andre Lester wanted me to share that we are able to offer our Bronco's that are available for out of state customers but we actually offer them over msrp because we had some customers in the past buy them only to end up flipping them for profit which we want to avoid.". I'm trading a vehicle and I'm one state over, looking to purchase a new vehicle for myself. I think this dealer needs to look at the customer and use a little common sense. This doesn't seem like good business practice to me. It's a shame they won't earn my business.

Darlings were fantastic. Through no fault of them, this was an overall worst buying experience of my life. Ford failed to deliver the vehicle I had chosen and had a deposit on. We have no idea where it went, but it showed up three weeks late. Darlings tried a dealer swap with a Massachusetts dealer, but they refused the swap because of some tree sap in the vehicle Darlings had brought for trade. Darlings then bought a vehicle from a New York dealer and brought it to Maine. They worked well above anything I would have hoped for. As it turns out, I like the vehicle they got in New York better than the original vehicle. Darlings did me a tremendous favor and worked exceptionally hard to get me a vehicle. They drove hundreds of miles and three man days of work. I would very highly recommend Darlings. THANKS!

We bought a used car from Darling's and I was quite apprehensive at first. My salesman, Isaiah, was easy going, honest and worked very hard to not only get me a good deal, he personally resolved every issue with the car. The car had a broken key fob and they took it to the Toyota dealer, got me an extra fob and then delivered the car to my front door. That kind of service is unheard of in this day and age but Darling's will go the extra mile for you. I also appreciate that they didn't make me feel hustled or taken advantage of - everything was easy and straight. Their finance department is superb - they got me financed through my bank at a good rate and did it quickly.

Recently purchased a car through Isaiah at darling Ford he went above and beyond what a normal dealer would do to find us the car we wanted he spent two weeks sending us different cars and offers we warned him of our horrible credit and he said he would make it work which a man of his word he did exactly that couldn't have been happier with the service and the way we were treated there nobody was pushy nobody forced anything and everything was very well explained

Went to Darling's for a safety recall (airbag) on my 2009 Ranger. Service desk person came & reported that coolant reservoir empty, & recommended a flush & refill for $230. I declined, & he offered to "top it off." I said sure (he didn't say with water, I assumed he meant coolant). On October 19th, in Maine, with nighttime temperatures sometimes below freezing, they put in water. First, I have learned (from my trusted mechanic) that the reservoir is simply for overflow, so it being empty was meaningless. Second, water? In Maine in October? By adding the water, I now have to have system flushed, which was not necessary prior to their actions. It appears to be a case of a dealership attempting to leverage a recall to add additional services, but doing so by misrepresenting the issue to the customer. Either the mechanic was unfamiliar with the point of the reservoir, or he/she simply sought to take advantage of a customer. I'm glad I have a mechanic I trust.
