Terrible, just plain awful. Poor communication, in fact none. No way to contact without dysfunctional computerized voice system that eventually hands you over to text assistant who have just enough faulty information to be infuriating and confusing. What a nightmare. I just gave up trying to sort out when or if they were going to fix their cable that was lying across my front yard. No one seemed to know. It's still out there and I still am without service.

Called every number and there is no way to talk with a person about a billing issue. You have to drive all the way to Brunswick location to talk with someone. Paid my bill and they disconnected my service and I had to pay a second time to get it turned back on. No bill came in the mail and no notice of pending disconnection. Just shut it off. Horrible customer service. Put a LIVE person on the phone please! I don't want a link I want to speak with a live person!

I can not express how quickly you should run from ever doing any business with this horrible horrible company. The customer service is a joke if you can reach a person at all. Anytime I called with an issue they actually made things worse. Please find any other company!!

Xfinity assistant is close to useless and automated phone support even worse. For weeks now my streaming services have been slow and unstable. Channels disappear ie Weather Channel. All I get is reset your router and other equipment-no help. I'm paying for what?

So far, I've yet to get service on board at my home. I've been dealing w phone calls since May 17th. Speaking to a live person is difficult. They prefer chat conversations in text or emails. If you do, finally, after hours, get a live person, they are extremely hard to understand & not at all helpful since they just keep transferring calls to different departments... the chat method they prefer has proved challenging since automated communication can not assist if you want help that isn't covered by the parameters of what is inputted to the chat guidelines. I hope my experience improves!

SCAM!! Not even worth one star. STAY AWAY!! Service sucks. They outsource EVERYTHING. Customer service is a joke. They will take your money and then don't give you what you paid for! They tell you a different story every time you call. They took my money and said they'd turn the phone on in 24 hours. Called on hour 30 no it's 48 hours. Called at hour 50 no it's 72 hours... excuses they took their money in 3 minutes but can't turn my phone on for 72 hours!?!?! Oh sorry we outsource that. They do nothing in the States. I regret every minute and every dollar I wasted on this company!

5 stars for the Service Center. This review is for Xfinity service and their Rewards that are (not) offered.I've been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for about 18 years straight and a few more years in another house. They came out with a Rewards program.Because I've been with them so long, I have Diamond status. But there are no "rewards" on the site. So Brick status will get you the same offers that I have.It's broadcast on their site in banners and on the top navigation.I go to rewards and it says I have rewards waiting. I click through. But no rewards. I call and ask and they have me download the app and try there. Still no rewards.Then the rep informs me that I have no rewards at the moment. Well, I haven't had rewards for many, many months, so why do they keep advertising it? When do the rewards come? Maybe they'll be offered when I call to switch Xfinity off to switch to another provider. But when I call, it won't be negotiable.Xfinity, dust off the cobwebs. You are being left behind.

We have 3 cable boxes. 2 work great. No complaints. The third, which is supposed to be the primary box, just sucks. Worked perfectly for two years. All of a sudden it says I need to replace the box for improved service. Turn on the TV and it says “replace the box for better service”. Replaced the box. Same message; replace the box for better service. A technician came out to the house and replaced the box with what he said is the latest box. Tried to sign on to our Paramount + account and the same message(replace your box. Replaced it again. NO CHANGE. Called CS again a(India I think). NO HELP . They booked another appointment. Can’t wait to see what happens. AWFUL SERVICE.
