If you want to speak to someone in India who cant help you (not their fault) after spending thousands a month on internet bills, definitely use Comcast. Terrible company now. Use anyone else

I wish I could give zero stars for customer service. Cencelling mobile is a nightmare and the staff is less then helpful. Tech support is worse. My phone line hasn't worked for moths so I've canceled and gone back to straight talk. I expect xfinity to continue to charge my account until I cancel the card all together. Terrible company, I do NOT recommend to anyone.

Thank God I have fidium coming to my house on saturday!! Comcast it WAY too expensive! And their service sucks ypu need to drive to the branch if you want to talk to someone!!

Terrible, just plain awful. Poor communication, in fact none. No way to contact without dysfunctional computerized voice system that eventually hands you over to text assistant who have just enough faulty information to be infuriating and confusing. What a nightmare. I just gave up trying to sort out when or if they were going to fix their cable that was lying across my front yard. No one seemed to know. It's still out there and I still am without service.

Called every number and there is no way to talk with a person about a billing issue. You have to drive all the way to Brunswick location to talk with someone. Paid my bill and they disconnected my service and I had to pay a second time to get it turned back on. No bill came in the mail and no notice of pending disconnection. Just shut it off. Horrible customer service. Put a LIVE person on the phone please! I don't want a link I want to speak with a live person!

I can not express how quickly you should run from ever doing any business with this horrible horrible company. The customer service is a joke if you can reach a person at all. Anytime I called with an issue they actually made things worse. Please find any other company!!

Xfinity assistant is close to useless and automated phone support even worse. For weeks now my streaming services have been slow and unstable. Channels disappear ie Weather Channel. All I get is reset your router and other equipment-no help. I'm paying for what?
