Stopped by to purchase lubricant for my luggage wheels before leaving town. They didn't have any for sale, but that didn't keep them from helping me. Even came out to the parking lot to do it for me. Super helpful.

Terrible experience. Had trouble with the generator. They came out to “fix” it and made it worse. I let them know. They then came out and replaced the air box, which made the overall issue even worse. For all of this they charged me $500. After this I reached out multiple times, and left MANY messages. None of which were returned in the following MONTHS. Absolutely terrible service, customer and technical. I called LaPlante electric after this, they came out, addressed multiple issues that Brunswick Home and Garden had overlooked (voltage, fuel supply, plug gap, etc.)
Personally, I’d like my money back. But I’m happy to keep spreading the word of how bad these guys are if they wanna keep my money.

After having my snowblower serviced after 10 years, it ran and even looked new. I purchased it from BH&G initially and have only done routine maintenance. I had a minor unrelated problem and called them. The owner was heading out on another job but stopped by, fixed a minor problem that I would not have been able to diagnose, and blower runs great. What great service! Extremely knowledgeable staff and pleasant staff!

This is long overdue praise for BH&G. Most recently I brought my Gravely zero-turn to them for a fluid leak. Luckily, it ended up being an easier fix than I expected but they didn't take advantage of that. They quickly fixed it with a very minimal bill.The Laffelys have been taking care of me for as long as I can remember. This place has been in business forever and that's a great testament to the ownership and management here.They've helped me with a number of things; from simple blade sharpening, to me buying my Gravely from them, to them helping me find parts for a used bagging system that I didn't even get from them (a buddy gave it to me). This is the type of service you get from a small town, locally owned and operated business.They're honest, knowledgeable and fair and I highly recommend them.Keep it local
