Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. No hot tub ? but my kid loved their pool. The bed was a little too soft for my taste but room was clean and comfortable.

Neil who was working the desk when we arrived was Incredible. So kind and helpful. Made us feel beyond welcome and made us feel so safe. If all customer service people were all as kind like him the world would be an incredible place. Thank you Neil.

Not far from other things . My family and I enjoyed it. Clean. No loitering people etc. Good.
