In the time it took me to walk in, get registered into their system and pay for new windshield wipers, my car was parked back outfront by the door ready to go, new wipers installed and windshield cleaned. I was there maybe 5 minutes. Excellent and FAST customer service.

Autometrics is a fantastic auto mechanic shop. They are fair in pricing, honest, flexible, kind, and fast in their service. I am from out of state and I wish I lived closer so I could always have them work on my car.

I’ve bought two vehicles now from Autometrics. The owner is super personable and a really nice guy! The woman (his daughter Teddy) who runs this place is sharp as a tack, professional, honest, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. This business does quality work and they back up every thing they sell and the work they do is impeccable. Be like these guys!

We have been using Autometrics for years. Teddy and her Dad run an honest, reliable and professional business. They have always been reasonably priced and more importantly trustworthy. We hvae never felt "taken" as we have at auto dealership service departments or chain store repair shoppes (which shall remain unnamed...VIP auto:). They also saved us from a few bad used car purchases by their pre purchase inspections. Anyway the world needs more honest repair shops that are family run like this.

I took my 2011 Toyota RAV4 in to replace the motor that controls lifting and lowering the driver’s side window. It took four days to produce 1.4 billed hours plus parts to fix my car. Communication and updates from the company were nearly non-existent up to and including the admission from one of the employees that my car had actually been ready the previous evening at 5pm but no one had bothered to call me because “they were slammed”. A 1 star rating is a compliment for them. Went to have all four tires swapped out from studded. They took half the day to do it which is what it is. But when we left our interior of our car was covered in grease. And then after driving we noticed there was an issue. We pulled over and all of the lug nuts were not tightened. Never will I go back ever. And on another trip before this one I had an appointment scheduled. When I showed up the receptionist.. forgot..
