Save yourself the headache and go to the Topsham or South Portland stores. Brunswick has awful customer service and poorly trained staff. I went in to order 2 new phones and they didn't order them correctly so I never received the phones after waiting almost a month. Called to ask if they could check what was going on and she said she couldn't help me...I called the Topsham store and they said they get upset customers from Brunswick all the time so this appears to be a trend. Ended up spending 2 days in the South Portland store to get everything reversed and start over to order my phones.

Steve was excellent! Was out of town and was having issues with my phone after dropping it. Steve was able to help quickly and efficiently and I left with a new iPhone in under an hour!

Steve and Jordan were incredibly helpful and solved my discount issue within five minutes. Best service I've had with an AT&T store in my lifetime!

Nope. Just nope. Went in with two working phones. Left with none. Trying to port my phone over took two trips and several hours. It still doesn’t work. And in the process of trying to port mine over, they managed to disconnect my husband’s.Steve is the manager. He seems to know what he’s doing. But when he’s not there, everyone else is young and new. They have not been trained. Our agent (don’t want to get him in trouble so not using his name) called, texted and FaceTimed Steve at least 10 times while we were there in an effort to help. And we still don’t have a working phone.Save yourself the hassle. Go some place else.PS - we went to the Topsham store today. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Had never seen anything like what had occurred and spent two hours trying to undo it. Also immediately guessed we had been to the Brunswick store; Topsham regularly helps customers fix what Brunswick broke.

Great staff, very friendly. We had difficulty porting my number over. It took three attempts over several days, plus a lot of troubleshooting from the staff, but they got it done. Thanks a million!

Recently had to use the store in Brunswick manned by a very knowledgeable, professional, and patient young man named Ryan. He is a one-man show currently and despite a full store with a line of people waiting he made sure everything was attended to for everyone. Am hopeful he has some more help now as he is an excellent employee with exceptional customer service skills.

Ashlee was simply amazing! His friendliness, willingness to help and product knowledge was exceptional. He was working alone and was able to help 4 customers at the same time without delay. First I would like to start with I have multiple devices thru AT&T and have never had any issue they have been a perfect company until last month. I was planning a vacation with my wife to travel in our new RV camper to Flordia to visit with family and enjoy the time with family. As we were getting ready to leave I realized I had purchased a TV for the camper but forgot about getting service for it (I was bringing my 85 year old mother with us). I went to AT&T to see what I could get thru the company that has never done me wrong and always reliable. As I knew they would they set me up with a device to get my mother television while we were using the camper(for 8 days only). The trip was very nice and the tv worked wonderfully. Then I receive my bill WOW is all I can say for the tv while camping 8 days was 300 dollars when I was told it was 25 dollars a month and it was unlimited as all my devices are since I own my own business I needed that service for my other devices. I then call and they tell me I must go to the store where I bought the device speak to the manager and they will fix this problem. I go to the store and there is no manager to the store and there is nothing they can do. At this point I am getting very upset. Not very happy or impressed with any of this situation or the store.
