Paid upfront for the storage unit, arrived a few days later and could not open it due to rust on the unit, was denied a $250 refund. They took no responsibility for their rust issue.

Larry was a nice person to deal with each time I visited. The sad part was that I had to use a tarp to keep my boxes from getting wet. Depending on the unit, you may have damp boxes when you return to them.
