Original AAA representative told me I did NOT have to be at my car, that I scheduled a tow for, from tow lot. I confirmed with her TWICE, that I didn’t need to be with my car at the tow lot, just meet the tow truck driver at promto oil, where I was having it towed.(Prompto Oil in brunkswick put the wrong plug on my oil tank, so all my oil drained from my car, and I left it on the street in Brunswick and it was towed to a tow lot due to parking ban)Since I wasn’t there to meet the guy, he left, without calling me, I had to call the tow company and see if my car was still her. I call AAA, again re set up tow.Then I get a call from the Maine representative saying my tow will not happen tonight, even tho AAA is the one who gave me the wrong info in the first place. He was rude, unprofessional, and wouldn’t help me get another driver out to my car, even though one was just there and left.Now I have to pay the tow lot to tow my car to prompto, so they can fix they’re mistake, without AAAs help, who’s representative gave me the complete opposite directions telling me to meet them at Prompto IN THE FIRST PLACE!Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Maine representative also kept asking me why I car was towed in the first place, and why it needed to go to prompto, when that’s not really his concern, his job is to dispatch tow trucks to customers.

Having difficulty getting a couple of basic questions answered. Disconnected once. Sent a message on AAA website with questions, never received a reply.

Sitting here for 2 hours after getting a text saying “Your tech has been dispatched!” Called them to check the status of the tow, and some smug women said they haven’t found anyone who will take a passenger! Then argued that I didn’t receive the text! Ridiculous, and unprofessional.. but nothing will be done about it.

This has been a truly awful experience. I am a new home owner and just purchased my hope a month ago. I sent in everything that was requested of me. A few weeks after I start construction on the outside of my home and pI get a notice sent to me at the wrong address, not even the address they are insuring saying they are canceling me. My agent somehow missed the requests from underwriting and asked me to send photos of which I did. She then told me everything was good to go, then I get a cancelation notice. Not to mentioned I have asked her 5 times to help me with something on my car insurance policy. My family and I have been with AAA for years and it's too bad that lack of her due diligence she lost us as customers. Dee Turcotte clearly has too much on her plate to make sure I am getting the service I need. Buyer be aware it's been a painful experience.

AAA never lets me down. My family and I planned a trip to travel from Maine back to Cali. Everything from rentals to hotels worked out flawlessly and they offered us a TripTik that would guide us back home along the way. Luckily COVID-19 made everything cheaper in price and we made it back home safely. Would recommend for travel.

I called over 2 hours ago to have my car towed to the garage and the guy STILL has not arrived yet. This is not acceptable. Good thing I'm not stranded on the side of the road somewhere. I pay good money for AAA and this is a huge inconvenience for me today. Not impressed at all

They gave the tow truck driver a totally different location so we were stuck waiting for well over an hour in the heat. For the poor driver to arrive over 40 minutes after the first tow window and 20 after the second that AAA gave us. It was a different company than they told us would be towing, and AAA said there was a delay because "there was no callback number". How did we get an automated call while we were waiting and how did they look up the membership using the address and phone number?Staff were not helpful during this process.
