Sitting here for 2 hours after getting a text saying “Your tech has been dispatched!” Called them to check the status of the tow, and some smug women said they haven’t found anyone who will take a passenger! Then argued that I didn’t receive the text! Ridiculous, and unprofessional.. but nothing will be done about...
