Outstanding quality! My GSD is hard on everything but this dog tag has stood the test of time. Other tags have lasted 6 months, tops. His Silver Paws Tag is on year 3 and looks almost new.Karen and the team were fantastic, friendly and very helpful. It's a level of customer service you do not see any longer and she delivers it on the web!I can't recommend them highly enough.(the "marks' you can see in the pic are dirt, not scratches)

My experience. The owner made a change to the layout of information that I chose. She did not ask me or contact me in any way to see if agreed with the change she was making. When the tags arrived, I immediately contacted her and politely informed her of that a mistake had been made, as I double checked my submitted layout with the tags I received. She told me she cannot waste time double checking with every client she thinks has poorly chosen layouts and just went ahead and made the change at her own discretion. She did not like where I placed a telephone number. Custom, huh? Terrible, absolutely, terrible customer service.

We have ordered many tags from this wonderful company and we could not be more pleased. They are professional, helpful and in regular communication. The tags are magical and well worth the investment! We have six dogs between our various family members and all of us have these tags on our dogs' collars. Many thanks for an exceptional product! I Received my silver paw tags and I have to say I was very impressed. I've been looking for some tags that wouldn't scratch and fade in time, so when I ran across "Silver Paw Pet Tags" website, I thought "FINALLY" I found durable tags!!! We all know the beating dog tags take, so now I feel confident if one of my little dogs were ever to get lost, they had a good chance of being safely returned home. I also have them micro chipped but I have found where some people will not take the time to see if a dog is chipped. The tags definitely give me a sense of security. I've helped with a lot of rescues where the tags were so worn, you couldn't read them. Oh... .. did I mention...they are beautiful tags!! Thanks Silver Paw's ! I will definitely recommend the tags to family and friends !!

We bought 2 for our dog's about 6 years ago when they were at the Fryeburg Fair. They are truly indestructible- they have stood the test of time. We need to order one for our newest fur baby girl!
