Well it’s over an hour wait if you call. My package was showing it was delivered but never was(June 8th). This package was also supposed to be signed for. I went to post office to find out what happened and found it was delivered to the wrong address. They said they would go to get the item and return it to me ( 35 days later you think it’s still in it’s package?) I left a phone number for them to reach me and they never called me back. This may have been a mistake but NO help has been offered. No offer to reimburse. Not even a phone call or apology. This seems criminal. Someone at the wrong address with the wrong name was given my mail, signed for it and it was not returned. I am at a loss of what to do next besides call the police.

The back up delivery driver puts my mail in the neighbors mailbox, leaves packages next to the road and leaves the mailbox door open often. He is awful.

I love this hard working team at the Brooks, ME Post office. They always go out of their way to accommodate customer needs whenever possible!

Called this office and they said they said the 'wait tine' would be 1 our up to 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Not employees' problem, but hours change without notice because of coverage of more than one post office. No hours during normal business breaks.
